The vision of The Kids Company for high-quality child-care is laid out in our Pedagogic Policy Plan. This pedagogic policy is dynamic and is revised regularly based on new developments and insights. The Pedagogic Policy Plan of The Kids Company is available for inspection at each group in all our locations.

Each child has a unique perception and experience of the world. Our pedagogic policy is geared to the various ways in which a child absorbs information. In addition to stimulating the child’s imagination and creativity, we also focus on the various fields of development that children go through, such as gross and fine motor skills, cognitive, linguistic, and socio-emotional development. We keep track of these developments and record them in the personal development list of each child.
